WOD - Linda 1.5 times bodyweight deadlift - 135kg Bodyweight bench press - 90kg 3 quater bodyweight clean - 67.5kg 1 - 10 reps First time trying this workout and it was brutal. Video is my fifth round...got a lot worse after this but completed it in 45.33!! Anyone interested in training at Dynami Gymnasium...dont hesitate to contact us.
