WOD: FRONT SQUATS Barbell weight : 60kg 1rm front squat : 100kg Bodyweight : 66kg 10 sets of 5 reps 60s rest per set The front squat: setup with the bar rolled across your shoulders, elbows (hopefully) at 90 degrees however pending mobility this could be lower! Drop your bum down knees out in line with second toe. Brace yourself, abs on and then push up back to starting position. I use the 1.25kg plates under my feet to help increase my depth and range and also to activate more glute drive!!
