WOD 1- Partner WOD: Complete: -100 DUs or (200 singles) -50 S2O (95,65) -50 T2B -50 Front Squats (95,65) -50 Plate Burpees -50 Thrusters (95,65) -50 Weighted Step Ups (50,20) on a 20 box -100 DUs (200 singles) Cash Out: 200M Partner Barbell Run *The barbell must never touch the ground. During barbell movement you must hand the bar off. One partner must have the barbell off the ground when the other partner works during the body weight movement. You can switch at anytime and can partition the reps however you chose. 200M (without the barbell) run if the barbell touches the ground
