WOMAN BEHEADED BY HER CO-WORKER AFTER HE WAS FIRED AT WORK Questions and concerns are being raised about the nature of a gruesome attack, after a woman was stabbed and then beheaded in Oklahoma. Fox News has more: FBI officials are reportedly investigating a beheading at an Oklahoma food distribution center after co-workers said the suspect tried to convert them to Islam after his recent conversion. * The alleged suspect, Alton Nolen, 30, was recently fired from Vaughn Foods in Moore prior to Thursday’s attack. Moore Police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis told KFOR that Nolen drove to the front of the business and struck a vehicle before walking inside. He then attacked Colleen Hufford, 54, stabbing her several times before severing her head. He also stabbed another woman at the plant, 43-year-old Traci Johnson. Fortunately, Nolen was eventually stopped when the plant’s COO (who is a reserve deputy) shot him. Nolen’s injuries were not fatal and he is being treated for his wounds. And Johnson is recovering from the attack. In addition, this isnt the beginning of a history of violence for Nolen. In 2010, he assaulted an officer after being pulled over and was pursued in a manhunt that lasted 12 hrs. For now, authorities are labeling the criminal act, which all too closely resembles tactics used by ISIS terrorists, as “workplace violence.” As the investigation continues, we can only hope that the FBI is able to piece together everything, and that Hufford’s killer meets the full weight of the American justice system.
