Certain standards of social , moral , and ethical behavior are expected of them . They must be trustwhorthy , devout , obedient to the traditions of their office and to ABBA YAH , friendly , kind , educated in matters of their profession , righteous . These special people may be celiate , required to eat certain foods , or required to wear certain clothes . The vow of not cutting the hair and beard is taken seriously today by many African/Edenic groups . They take a Nazarite view concerning the cutting of their hair , deriving this practice from the Scriptures . Many let their hair and beards grow untouched in a natural state . This practice is another example of how serious dedication to ABBA YAH is to the Hebrew man . It is not only a spiritaul but a way of life Judges 16 : 17 ) .
