WORD OF WARNING to anyone in the market for a #sofa. Dont buy from The English Sofa Company unless you are prepared to spend months of your time chasing them if anything goes wrong with the sofa. Mine was DELIVERED faulty, rips in the fabric as if it had been dropped, it took 3 months just to get someone out! After mentioning that the sofa was bowing in the middle (lets face it, probably broken from being dropped/bashed around) I was told this could just be the natural bend in the wood (I am no sofa expert, so what they say I would assume to be true!) but the problem has got worse... I am fed up of chasing them. I wanted to return and get a refund, even within the return period, but The English Sofa Company took so long getting back to me it wasnt in time... I have received #appalling #customerservice and needless to say I am #notahappycustomer - why am I having to go through all this when I was delivered (to the wrong address initially - yet another issue!) a #faulty #broken sofa, when I paid for a brand new one?!?!
