WORK FROM HOME Customer Service Rep Neiman Marcus Direct - Dallas, TX Apply from your phoneThe Customer Care Phone Associate would be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales support to customers in our catalog and online division. This associate would assist customers with purchases as well as inquiries related to any of the Neiman Marcus brands. A strong commitment to service and the ability to resolve problems is critical to the success of this role. Performance in this position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and revenue. All training for this position is via internet. There is no classroom training.Important information about the position:YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF TEXASThis seasonal assignment will begin from August-October 2013 and is forecasted to run through January, 2014.This position is an hourly position at $11.00 per hour.Successful applicants must pass a comprehensive background check that includes a credit screening.Hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.Most schedules are flex schedules for 16 - 40 hours per week; we are a 24/7 365 day a year call center.You work up to eight hours between the time frame you select.You MUST be available to work any day of the week, Sunday - Saturday.You will be scheduled off two consecutive days per week.
