WORKING WITH MY S&C TRAINER ADAM MENACE CARNEY LAST THURSDAY Started with 12x sets of Deadlifts higher reps and then pyramiding down to a 1RM heaviest.. , my legs are already fatigued from the 11 sets before hand and my PB today was 150kgs Deadlift after it all and which is double and a half my fight weight and only getting stronger and then various other conditioning drills thats an average person wouldnt complete !!
