WORKOUT TIP: When youre performing seated leg extensions its a good idea to vary your foot orientation to target the muscle being worked from slightly different angles. Pointing your toes inward slightly will cause the exercise to target the outer part of your quads more so, and pointing your feet outwards causes you to focus more on the inner quad. Depending on which part of your thigh you feel needs the most development, you can concentrate on doing the exercise most often with the appropriate foot position to achieve that. If you want even development all over, you can simply do one or two sets with each foot position - pointing inwards, pointing straight up and pointing outwards. - Fabian.
