WORKOUT TIP: When youre training your shoulders its important to make sure you hit each part of your deltoids (shoulder muscles) – the anterior (front), medial (side) and posterior (rear) heads. For the anterior deltoids, do barbell presses and front raises. For the medial deltoids do lateral raises, dumbbell presses, and front and side upright rows. And for the posterior deltoids do bent-over high rows, high cable rows, bent-over lateral raises and face-pulls. That means at least three different exercises for each shoulder workout! - Fabian
