WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Kicking Butt Warm up: 5 mins on treadmill/XT/Jog SUPERSET 1: Squats x 12 Walking lunges (barbell or dumbbell) x 20 3 sets then: Deadlifts x 20 SUPERSET 2: Leg extension x 12 Leg curl x 12 3 sets SUPERSET 3: 20 x FB hamstring curls 12 x box/bench jumps 3 sets Rest 1 min between sets Finish with sprints (of course!) 6-10 sprints of 45 secs each with a 60 sec recovery between each sprint.
