WORSHIP SONG for MONDAY - Everybody, everywhere has their share of one of those days! Days in which nothing seemed to go right and if something stupid, weird or bad could happen, it did!! These types of days can lead to frustration, anxiety, anger, depression and general dis-satisfaction with the stuff of life. But for the Follower of JESUS, we have a Truth to lean into when those days happen. We know that all things work together for GOOD, for those that love God and are the called according to His purpose. We know that God is in control and nothing happens to one of His Children unless He allows it or causes it. We know that God loves us and has our best interest at heart. We believe that when the glory of God is at stake, we desire His glory over our happiness. And we know that God uses the adversity of those days to mold us and shape us into the people He desires us to be. So if all this is Truth, then we should say, come on rain, come on thunder and lightning, have your way because you cant touch me! If adversity could make us stronger spiritually then we should welcome it and allow God to use it that we might become warriors and victors through His power and might. Let those days come because we can not only survive but THRIVE and we can trust that the Father will never give us more than we can handle with His help. God PLUS me makes a majority!.....even on one of those days!
