WORSHIP SONG for MONDAY - The Old Testament Book called, “Psalms” has a section where it says this.....”Shout with joy to the LORD, all the earth! Worship the LORD with gladness and come before HIM, singing with joy! Acknowledge that the LORD is God for HE made us and we are HIS people. Enter His gates with THANKSGIVING and into His courts with praise. Give THANKS to Him and praise His Name for the Lord is good, His unfailing love continues forever and His faithfulness continues to every generation.” The writer of this Psalm expresses the heart of a believer and his thankfulness over Who the Lord is and what the Lord has done should cause us to do the same! That is, be THANKFUL and expresses it to God! What are you thankful for? I’m keeping my post short today because I would LOVE to see it filled up with some expressions of “thanksgiving” and some expressions of “gratitude.” You can post a single word or expound to your heart’s content. It doesn’t have to be unique to you and you can repeat another post. Maybe God’s done something quite dramatic in your life recently? Post it because it might give a struggling believer some much needed hope. And maybe you’d just like to thank God for something so basic that you might be used to remind someone of the God given things we take for granted. And maybe someone reading this is a seeker, wondering if all our high sounding words are real. Give Him thanks, for it does a heart good....yours and someone else too!
