WORSHIP-THE PLACE OF IDEAS Psalms 65:1 “Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed” Yesterday as we shared on God filling us with IDEAS, my phone was flooded with one question.....How do i receive ideas from above? There are many ways by which you can receive ideas but the one i can vouch for is Worship. Worship is the correction of focus – that is, deciding to put your focus on a worthwhile goal. You cannot worship God until you make Him your focus. Anytime you worship God, you provoke His presence to dwell with you. The kingdom of God dwells in you (Luke 17:21). Your worship releases the divine ability in you for earthly manifestation. David captured the concept of worship and praise in His generation so much that God chose to establish His throne forever in his lineage. In the above scripture, David made a remarkable statement to God out of his praise and worship passion. David’s passion was to cultivate God’s presence. The above scriptural verse suggests to us that David had a God-routine – a special time created to worship God and be intimate with God. I charge you this season to become deliberate about how you worship and praise God. Establish a God-routine. Worship God when you wake up in the morning. Spend time with God’s Word – meditate on the Word. Take out time to declare God’s Word over your life and circumstances. Consume the environment in your house, workplace, job and car with echoes of worship. Let worship and praise start and end your day. You determine how close you are to God. Become passionate about maintaining an unbroken connection to God through worship. As you connect with God in worship, Ideas will be flowing like rain. Am sure someone maybe asking,are you really sure about this because Ive worshipped all my life and i havent received one single idea. Its because you didnt know that worship is birthplace of ideas but know you know. This month, May your whole life be an expression of divine ideas . As you worship God, Ideas will be released,concept and precepts will flow from heaven,answers and solution to complex problems will come to you naturally. May heavens attention and focus be on you as you focus on God.
