It had one previous owner who had it built to his specifications for the Houseboat Show at the Fairgrounds (with the bells and whistles, of course) and sold it to us after a year because we just fell in love with it. We have purchased a 25 acre farm and with the responsibilities that come with taking care of the farm and our 5 horses, we don’t have time to enjoy the lake like we did before. It has a full MSD system, high pressure water system and a slide. It also has a hard party top with front and rear enclosures and BRAND NEW carpet throughout the top deck. It has tile high back splashes in the kitchen and at the bar and all granite countertops. It has Sat. Track system and the stereo is all JL audio and MTX (all upgraded...because my husband is crazy). ☺ It also sports a 500 gallon holding of freshwater and 300 gallon holding of fuel in the gas pump in the rear of the boat to fill up your extra wave runners/boats/toys, etc. with gas and it has bunk runners to keep your “toys” on.
