WOW - Work Out Wednesday!!!! Todays #teammuddykit WOD is quick and simple to do so no excuses...... it can be done in your garden, down your work corridor or in the car park after your weekly shop ; ) (if you do this, please let us see the video!) It is focused on sprinting and functional movements ready for the Spartan Race Sprint in Cambridge on Sunday. We will always use the set diastase of 30m for our WODs so once you have measured the distance you can use it each week.
