WOW - checked into COH on Thursday with 40.2C (104.4F) - scary shit. Lower back pain where I needed a wheelchair as I couldnt move. After one day of 2 antibiotics - fever back to normal. Back is still locked up big time - right where my spine hits my hips. Lumbar region. I have an MRI scheduled but I dont think Ill get it til Monday - where I am also scheduled to get the chest blood drawing device inserted surgically at 11:00am. This is called a Hickman Device. I missed Halloween as I seem to miss all special days with my family. Teresa Henry and I have our 13th wedding anniversary tomorrow as we were married in Hong Kong in 2001. If you were there - my most special night of my life. I love you, DUDE! The family will visit me in an our with arroz caldo - Filipino pourage with chicken - I should be able to eat that. Appetite is down - but I can eat - just finding what will work for me is the hard part. Back on the 5th floor here and the care is wonderful. Just need to find out why I cant move well because of the back. Another hurdle in a long race. 2 more days of light chemo - then hopefully in 2 weeks or so until I start this clinical trial with the protein therapy. Thats it - Go Bears and Clippers!
