WOW - you sure cant please everyone! As I was walking into my favourite cafe I overheard two surfer guys who were leaving complain that the coffee/service was slow and shit ....ummm hello, I come to this cafe every day SPECIFICALLY for the super friendly service and reliably good coffee. The morale of this story is that no matter WHAT you do: a % of people will LOVE you and a % will not be impressed at all. So stop worrying about trying to please everybody (because you cant) and just focus on pleasing the people who are most attracted to what you do and how you do it: your core customers and raving fans - aka, in this case me (who has probably spent over $1,000 at this cafe in the last year alone)
