Thank you very much for taking the time to come see my IR mare while you were in Arizona.... Both horses, the pinto as well as the dunn are on Fiber Force. I have seen nothing but improvements with both mares. My IR mare is now standing as well as trotting and cantering. This is a big improvement from last summer and fall when she would only get up to get water. The vet suggested that if she did not improve to just put her down and get another horse. At that point I took her off all meds (this was July of 2013). There was minimal improvement after that but keeping her insulin level in check has been hard as so many feeds are misleading with their starch and sugar levels. I started her on Fiber Force approx. 2 months ago and her insulin level has been at a steady 30 to 31. This is night and day difference since it was at 181 when she was diagnosed (March of 2013) and probably should have died. Her feet which are my biggest worry now are growing out actually better than before. The bed sores she had from laying down all the time are gone and the one on her hip you cant tell was ever there. I know she probably still has the remains of the ulcers but her disposition is much better and she actually wants to play and be naughty at times (this is one of the reasons that I got her). Last weekend I put a hunt saddle on her and lounged her for about 10 minutes with no drama... Fiber Force actually does what I was told it would do and not many thing in todays society do that.
