WOW! Clearly, as a non-legal mind as most of us are, yet based on the information provided to the Prosecution (the same to the public) in the Trayvon Martin, and now the Jordan Davis cases, you wouldnt think that we would need to resurrect Perry Mason to get fairness out of a courtroom. To begin with, our system of justice (the overwhelming attitude of the popular populous being what it is: racist) makes this kind of hideous crime against a Black youngster by a White perp, a courtroom charade and a openly public joke and a kick in the ass to the word justice. Also, to my mind, the Prosecutors should be imprisoned for ineptness. The Florida prosecutors are elected people and these clowns should receive the raft of their community and a different career the next time around. What a public shame! And this new trial crap is for ignorant public consumption...which most of us are not.
