WOW!Do you guys listen to Dave Ramsey? I heard people for years talk about how a high credit score is so worshipped and cherished and how it gives you a great life.You need to borrow and get in debt to build your credit score so in the future you can borrow more and be more in debt! If you save a $100 dollars a month from 25 years old to 65 years old,you will have $1,176,000.If you put that an a good money market account you could Quadruple that or more.I have wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars on stupid payments filled with interest.I did this to impress and keep up with those around me and believed that it would make me happy.Besides buying a home on credit on a low interest rate credit is is just plain stupid.Lets be honest.It is just wasting your money.Could you imagine saying that you will waste 15 to 20 years of working just because you need the best now.I know tons of people that made ridiculous amounts of money and instead of focusing on paying things off they just bought more and more.I now look at Bentleys and Million dollar homes as saying that you want to die of stress and lose 15 years off your life.I am done following this lie.Dont trade a dollar for a quarter and I promise you that you will thank yourself later in life.What happens if we have an emergency they say?The amount of money we have given to the banks should cover hundreds of emergencies.Many of your friends that are doing better than you now will wonder what your secret was in the future.You can tell them that you were sick of being broke and no longer wanted to be a slave to debt.They were paying the banks and you were paying yourself.
