WOW! Has anyone noticed the BIG change at Elmridge Golf Course? Temporarily we have converted the 27-hole course to an 18-hole course! Why? To renovate and rebuild a number of greens that just aren’t up to par! The greens needing TLC are being repaired in either of two ways. One is simply using a re-seeding technique and the second is re-sodding damaged green areas! The problem is both methods don’t result in immediate results. Seeds need time to sprout and grow. Sod is quicker, but still needs care and watering and time to become established. (See below comments for complete story!)
