WOW!!! I see that a lot of you are ready to lose the weight. Here goes!!! Week One will begin on Sept. 28th thru Oct. 4th. *Weigh yourself on the 28th; *you will need to incorporate 3 fruits and 4 vegetables during the week. (no pork in the veggies); *Drink water EVERYDAY (at least 3-4 16 oz bottle); *you MUST walk 15-30 minutes a day for 3 days during the week. NO FRIED FOODS ALLOW THIS WEEK!! At the end of this week, I will check on each of you to see if youve lost or gain!!! Let the losing begin
