WOW... Its unbelievable HOW MANY IGNORANT PEOPLE THERE ARE IN THIS COUNTRY!!!! THEY DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND BASIC HIGH SCHOOL GOVERNMENT CLASS PRINCIPLES!!!! In case you didnt pay attention in high school, the principle our justice system is founded on is this, IT IS BETTER 100 GUILTY MEN WALK FREE THAN 1 INNOCENT MAN BE IMPRISONED. So yes, is it plausible that an NYPD officer putting a man in a choke hold to make an arrest could potentially lead to his later death??? Yes plausible... BUT NOT FACT... the fact is it is also plausible that individual could have died because of other medical conditions he suffered from prior to the altercation with the peace officer... THUS, establishing DOUBT... in order to convict you have to have proof BEYOND a REASONABLE DOUBT... just saying.... MERICA!!! if you dont like it leave...
