WOW! JUST WOW!!!!!!!! CEBU PACIFIC IS BY FAR THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! about 7am, we went to laguindingan airport for my wifes flight to manila to go back to work to jeddah to check in 2hrs before flight schedule. Upon checking in at the counter, then and there they claimed that 9am flight got cancelled and the next flight is supposed to be 11am. I was able to speak to another passenger who i just happened to speak to claimed that HE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. She has a connecting flight to jeddah at 3:40pm. My wife was not included in the 11am flight because no one cancelled and the plane was fully booked. So she was booked for 2PM FLIGHT and waiting for 12noon if ever. She was able to insert in the 12noon flight. just a few minutes after boarding, there are some technical problem with the plane as declared and they have to exit the plane again. According to the staff 1hr repair is expected, so we need to re-book her connecting flight to jeddah and pay the fee. rebooked at 6pm 1hr delay turned out to be 4HRS! the 12noon flight left laguindingan @ 4pm she reached naia 3 at 5:10 pm. Check in for her connecting flight is up to 5:25pm only. AGAIN SHE MISSED HER FLIGHT due to CEBU PACIFICS What did cebu pacific to to help her with all the hassle and stress they caused????? PRINTED OUT A NOTICE THAT THEY WERE DELAYED WITH THE FLIGHT! NO MORE NO LESS!!!!!!!! it was only after saudi airlines informed us about the passengers bill of right that we learned they are OBLIGED to assist my wife, and that we demanded them to do something. Yet, they WILL NOT ASSIST in any payment of fees because they are not connected with saudi airlines despite knowing that they are the cause of missing 2 flights. here is a copy of PASSENGERS BILL OF RIGHTS and you decide what they violated/. Please Share to give awareness to all who may experience this as we did. LESSON LEARNED! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK A FLIGHT IN THIS AIRLINE!
