WOW So I was just in the shops zooming about picking up vegetables for my juice and an older looking gentleman said to me you wont be able to do all that when your my age. I stopped midway to grabbing a parsley pot and replied with a why rather than a what. I asked Why what happens at your age?. The man then continued to give me the rigmarole of age, the decline, etc etc. I said I work hard at my self and my diet so that I reap the benefits of it now and later in life. Im 3 years away from 30 and feel like Im 19. When Im 3 years away from 40 Ill probably feel like Im 21! The man paused for an awkward amount of time and then finally said Im 28, I thought you were younger. Queue Mikeys epiphany in the new TMNT and thats how I felt.
