WOW!! This doesnt give me a very warm, fuzzy feeling! Craig was about to leave the house to run a few errands when a City of Covington police car pulled down our driveway...remember the party not 50 feet from our front door? He told Craig that he was checking out how things looked now because he will be patrolling our area tonight!! I guess, since my bedroom is closest to the front door, I will be sleeping with my window cracked so I can hear if anything starts happening. Thank goodness my electric blanket is already on my bed!! He suggested that I pull my car as close to the front gate as possible and that Craig back the Suburban up to my car as close as possible. Sounds to me like they are expecting trouble in River City....with a capital T that rhymes with P and probably doesnt necessarily stand for pool!! Oh geez!! Doubt much sleep happens at Casa Reising tonight!! Guess we will both be sleeping with our guns locked, loaded, and ready!! We wont put up with anyone vandalizing this place nor will we tolerate someone breaking into the Suburban and stealing our livelihood!! So, these folk would be better served to simply stay the hell away from here!! And, we dont deal with trick or treat kids....we turn out the lights, lock the front gate, and pretend we are not home!!
