WOW…….so tomorrow I will have been married for 25 years. I guess thats sort of a big deal! I remember when my siblings and I chipped in to buy my parents a sterling silver miniature collectible to mark their 25th and surprised them with a cake midday (I was waitressing at Friendlys and had to BEG my boss Mike Vollmuth to let me sneak away for an hour….he did ;) ) That feels like 3 lifetimes ago. I remember always thinking (when I was very young) that Silver Wedding Anniversary was named because couples were silver-haired by that point. LOL. Now that Im no longer very young, I dont think that anymore… ;) Now, I think we each deserve a medal…..a GOLD one of course but I guess silver will do
