WOW.....what a difference 24 hours can make.....I went to Toronto not really knowing what to expect....Looking forward to seeing one of my most favorite bands in the world....Minus my MOST favorite singer in all the World...the one and only Freddie Mercury.....And who was there to stand in his shoes...Adam Lambert..... I was not sure about him...but I had to go....I never got to see Queen when I was young... Last night was NOT an awakening for me... It was a REMEMBERING!.....I remembered all the reasons why I love this music....why I get on stage every night...why I write music....what music can do to people......I laughed and cried...and mourned the death and celebrated the life of Freddie Mercury with THOUSANDS of other people....IT WAS AMAZING... and I was blessed to be a part of it....Adam Lambert was a ROCKSTAR in his own right last night...and QUEEN ...well they were QUEEN AMAZING !!!!......In a world full of the BUSINESS of music.....I remembered that music was a gift from God...Musicians have a duty to carry the torch for one another...and to inspire.....and last night for me.....all of that was done and more... So to My friends that celebrated this with me.... LAMP.... and to Queen & Adam Lambert thank you for carrying the torch.... and to Freddie.....You were not forgotten and you still live on in the music and always in my heart.... THE SHOW MUST GO ON......! and it did.....last night..... Enjoy the pics...LB
