WOW, what a fantastic run. Jamie Chastain Kesick and Idid awesome during our 20 mile run that ended up actually being 22 miles, my bad. We are ready to good but will be patient and follow our tapering so we will have optimum energy and strength. Big thanks to Kathy Carey for bringing us home for the last 6 miles, love you sweet. A big shout out to our teammate sTammy Liu-Haller and Jessica Liu, they are doing a half marathon this Sunday. Team YWCA ROCKS!! Cancer stops with us!
