WOW, what a whirl wind. 9 1/2 months ago Doug and Maxine came to HCR having no idea at that time they would be here 9 1/2 months on a clinical trial. Doug has been on a blind study for sarcoma. He responded for a while to the treatment, but the scans revealed a few days ago that they were no longer responding in fact the cancer was growing. They were released from the study but they are going to try some other things on him in the near future. So tonight they just told us they were going home to Arkansas tomorrow and to visit their kids in California till then. This is their first and last day here pictures. Thank all of you who have prayed for them. Dont stop, continue to keep them in your prayers. They have been a joy to have here and have been our longest guest we have had so far. I want to thank all of our angels who have left their DNA on them.
