WOWWOW Thsi is going to be awesome we have something for everyone here OH My Thighs is for the advanced workout 30 day squat and plank challenge is for the advanced to intermediate workout pick one or do all three April Challenge is for Beginners like me Walking video is also here so if you have difficulty moving just start walking in place, but make yourself move Click each photo for more information about the exercises along with a video of how to properly do each one.
