WOWWWWW. I am blown away. A Bentinos Pizza worker (Tina Pindell) just jumped all over my 17-year-old daughter because THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG and she said it is a pain to have to fix our order when they get it wrong. The manager, identifying herself as Kim Lea, spoke to me on phone when I called them (after Holly came in very upset and told me what happened to her) and Ms. Lea told me they are tired of having to fix orders that they make wrong and that they do not ever make mistakes therefore we must order them incorrectly (are you kidding me?!). Ms. Lea said if we dont like getting orders that are not done properly, dont come back to her establishment. I have been in business for over a decade and I would never DREAM of treating people who honor me with their hard earned money in that manner. I intend to make sure our community knows how we were treated. I am totally stunned by this. And I hope they are happy to have tried to bully a kid for their mistake.
