WSC Week 46 This week will test our endurance with some longer WODs. Keeping the spine neutral is one of the coaching cues for the Burpee on Monday. This WOD will also have a potpourri of barbell movements. Tuesday has a huge Partner WOD with a lot of different stations. Strength Day hits Wednesday with the Shoulder Press. Wednesday also has a WOD with Pull Ups and the Kettlebell Snatch, so you may want to bring your wrist wraps to help prevent bruising. If this movement is too difficult, it can be easily substituted with the Dumbbell Snatch. Butcher Day is Thursday with a pairing of heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings. An unusual movement, the Zercher Squat will be the focus for Strength day on Friday. You may want to wear long selves for this one. On Saturday, we will do the Reverse Filthy Fifty so bring your Jump Ropes! And on Sunday, we honor our fallen with the Hero WOD “Forrest.” We would like to congratulate Jim M. on sticking with last week’s Hero WOD, Bull. It has been said that CrossFit is not about who finishes first, but who finishes last.
