WSGW WEEKLY WEB POLL..... The Supreme Court is hearing a case of social media free speech. At issue is a man convicted of violating federal law making it a crime to threaten another person. The man says he was only venting anger and never intended harm when he posted song lyrics on Facebook about killing his estranged wife, shooting a kindergarten class, and attacking an FBI agent. The government says intention doesnt matter because the true test of a threat is whether words make a reasonable person feel threatened.
