WTF THEM Hope your move in went well. We’ve completed the vacate inspection at the property and unfortunately the cleaning of the property has not been left in an acceptable standard. The property requires a full bond clean throughout – we are obtaining a quote from our cleaners, this cost can be deducted from the bond amount. There was also 1 x security screen missing – I have attached the key sheet to show which one, it may be for the back screen door as I couldn’t get this one open? Please let me know if you have any further questions. ME the screen was NOT A SECURITY SCREEN it was a torn rickety fly screen ? excuse me???? only just hanging on when we moved in hence I replaced it with a PROPER security screen door --- yours didnt even have a lock it was torn and useless ... sorry only one key --- included with the other keys .... sorry you had problems with it ... it WORKS fine ????? the place was awful when we moved in so many, many, many cigarette burns to both of the filthy carpets, and even on top of the toilet cistern .... greasy walls .... greasy cupboards (you have no idea how thick the grease and dust was on the top of the kitchen cupboards) ... the front yard full of noxious weeds ... lantana etc, etc which I cleared ... a dead tree leaning against the building (fire threat) which I removed .... NOT to mention the five carloads of pushbike parts, broken burnt bottles, beer cans and burnt plastic I took to the tip ... then there is $1500 worth of comics and books destroyed by flooding due to the fact the gutters along the back had never ever been cleaned out .... water poured down into the interior in at the kitchen window flowing on through to the garage destroying my comic book stock .... who got out there and cleaned out the gutters ME .... not you!!!! .... have lived with the stalactites of flaking paint hanging paint from the ceiling for strewth knows how long???? caused by the fact BROKEN roofing tiles were badly glued back together until finally a couple of years later they finally replaced (kept a couple of the tiles as PROOF) .... shower screen was cracked when we moved in ..... the there was NO decent clothes line ..... then there was the nearly 10cm thick massive slick of oil and grease on the driveway from neighbour L Ls old car (who cleaned up that ... ME) ... do you really want to go down this road .... really???????????????????????????????? Im sure the press would love this .... THE GOLD COAST SANTA CLAUS Vs. bullying (insert name here) Real Estate Agency I am sure we can come to an agreeable outcome ....
