WYOMING - a new Federal complaint has just been filed in Wyoming this afternoon to try to speed along marriage equality there after yesterdays SCOTUS non-ruling which applied to the 4th & 10th Circuits and the states that fall under their jurisdiction. Wyoming is in the 10th Circuit. The new case is Guzzo v Mead (link to full complaint in comments below). I was just researching the lead plaintiff, Anne Marie Guzzo. She is a University of Wyoming Professor of Music and composer whose new music has been internationally performed. Shes also founder of New Frontiers Festival of contemporary music based in Laramie.
