WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFFS REPORT Kenmore woman dies in off road motor vehicle accident in the Town of Eagle The Wyoming County Sheriffs Office is investigating an off road motor vehicle accident in the Town of Eagle that has claimed the life of 42 year old Sherrie Green of Kenmore, NY on August 31, 2014. At about 3:30a.m. Deputies and EMS were dispatched to a call for a woman down in a wooded area off of Horton road in the Town of Eagle. The woman was reportedly breathing, but unresponsive and was being brought to the roadway by friends. An investigation revealed that Green was a member of a group of friends who were off road mudding on private property when one of the three Jeeps involved became stuck in some deep mud. All of the parties exited their vehicles and assisted with winching the stuck Jeep out of the deep mud. During this situation, it is believed that Green was accidentally struck by one of the Jeeps. Green was transported to WCCH where she died a short time later. No signs of foul play and no charges are anticipated at this time. Justin L. Hall , 27, of Rexville, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and speeding(84/55) after a traffic stop in the Town of Covington August 28, 2014. A license check revealed that Hall had four active suspensions on four separate dates. Hall was arraigned in the Town of Covington Court and released on his own recognizance and he will re-appear November 24th at 7:00p.m.
