Waikiki. At around 6pm tonight I saw a man dragging a black long haired dog (Collie type) down Reveley St and up Fendam Street (towards Safety Bay Rd), he had another man with him. The dog had a collar on but no lead, it kept trying to bite the man. This may have been his dog that had escaped but something didnt seem right. My neighbour also saw them and was concerned that the dog didnt want to go with them. I went out of my house to see where they went but they had all disappeared. I have reported this to Crimestoppers and have contacted the Rockingham Council/Ranger.
