Wait. Had to fix it. Okay NOW Ill speak my mind. But I as a human, with an opinion, am still probably going to get shunned and ridiculed Either way, so oh well. Cant make everyone happy, otherwise we wouldnt be on this subject in the first place, now would we? Anyways; heres my immediate disclaimer: I pick NO SIDES. Please know this before even commenting, because Im not defending anyone. This is strictly an unbiased, socially general statement. I understand what happened in a lot of ways to some was horrible, and to others, deserving. But realistically whos right or wrong in any situation if we cant even agree on presidency, religion, politics, or social morals? Aside from my prayers for the family, and yes, I hope this all blows over safely, Id still like to say that this is the same type of thing weve been dealing with since kindergarten, NOT the Crime itself, but the outcome in verbal and emotional terms of our opinions. A matter of he said/she said, having peers to back you up, and starting a big argument because everyone in America obviously doesnt share the same brain, which is fine. But realistically, from an unbiased view, it seems that a lot of people only WANT to believe in certain aspects from both sides, because it is simply... easier. It wasnt just about stealing. Although no one can prove what happened since obviously theres two sides to a story, its still remains a fact that us as human beings have a tendency to jump on a bandwagon and support whatever side makes us feel more morally secure wether its right or wrong, therefore causing an uproar. If you werent there how do you know whos fault it was? If you werent there, how do you know the cop is lying? If you werent there how do you know that the cop is innocent for that matter? Both sides can be equally judged and opinionated from an outsider simply because forming an observation based solely on what we feel and how we feel is easy, and gives us a sense of power and authority when we put our judgements in the boiling pot. Everyone wants to understand and defend both parties, yet, no one wants to give an inch and take responsibility on behalf of them as human and human, with natures of destruction, just like each and every one of us carrys as living, breathing people of a continuous cycle of historical and repetitive ideals and moral standpoints, only to be passed down and understood with whatever limited or excess amounts of knowledge we can gather using our personal point of views, and whatever we take the time to pull from society itself, as THAT is where the knowledge that we cling to as a social quota needs to be met, regardless of who or why that matters. My point being, dont defend what you know nothing about, if youre going to do it in a manor that makes you think that you do, and then look bad when you cant fight the opinions of those who can truly understand each and every aspect of certain situation because theyre not closed minded and trying to secure their own place in either their own mind of satisfaction, or the side of society that seems to have an upper hand. All of this arguing over ferguson is ridiculous because you dont know. You do not know. You dont. You dont know. I cannot stress that enough. I do not know. I, let me say this, I DO NOT KNOW. I dont. I really dont. But its not my place to know, because Im not trying to make this about race like everyone is. Its different though. Subconsciously, it is about race. Simply, because we like to use stereotypical southern views to defend our positions, because living in the south, it makes us more appropriated to our peers. But, there are some of you who would like to think that the broad spectrum of it all is completely about race, and if you do, fine. But remember. The crime itself cannot be justified to a very certain degree no matter what you think or say at this point. However the rioting itself, and the opinions I keep seeing, can only be justified by your own personal values, wether or not you just HAPPEN to share those with people around you, or choose to believe them BECAUSE if the people around you. Thats all Id like to say.
