Wait a cotton pickin minute. 1. Cop says, Can I see your license please? 2. The man reaches to pat his back pocket, realises that his license isnt there then goes into his car to get his license (as he was asked to do) 3. Cop then says, Get out of the car! 4. The man then stops doing what he was originally told to do to get out of the car (as he was asked to do). 5. Cop then shots the man. 6. Man holds his hands up in the universal sign of surrender. 7. Cop shoots the man again. This is over a seatbelt violation in the parking lot of a gas station. I honestly dont know WHAT to do now when Im stopped by the police.
