Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. (Psalm 27:14) When we look up to the Lord, He will be eagerly waiting for us. When He thus comes, He will guide us with His eye, according to the verse, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye” (Psalm 32:8). How wonderful will be the guidance and counsels given by the Lord! My dear beloved, when problems crop up, please do not seek after human help and counsels. Kneel down at once and look to the Lord. Pray to Him saying, “Lord, I have no other hope but You; I hold on to You; I don’t know what to do; give me Your counsel, hold my hand and guide me according to Your will.” He is a prayer answering God (Psalm 65:2). He knows what your needs are (Matthew 6:8). He will lead you in the right way. Prayer: Loving Lord Jesus, I patiently wait at Your feet seeking Your divine peace and patience. Thank you for assuring me that Your plans for me are good. As I wait on you, Help me to turn to Your Word for comfort and direction. Your Word gives me strength. Your Word chases away all my fears and anxieties. Your Word refreshes me. Empower me with Your strength to overcome my problems and help me to find victory in every area of my life. In Your matchless name I pray. Amen.
