Waited from 8-11 for Steven to take his permit test and he missed passing by 1. But the lady in there working was extremely rude. She was supposed to let him pay to retake the test and she yelled at him to get him a study book and get out. She was rude to every one. There was the sweetest elderly lady who was talking to me in the waiting area and she was upset about how rude this lady was. In the process now of finding out who to complain to in hopes of getting something done about her. But I will be back Monday with him to test again.
