Wakakaka! Im a bad@$$ drug dealer. Apparently. So earlier today, my mom received a phone call supposedly from the police asking for the family of Khoo xxxx xei, which is my IC name. My mom was suspicious so she just asked what it was about. The Polis said that I was arrested due to drug related crime. They should have used any other excuses but the moment they used the word drug my mom knew something was up. But she didnt know where I was at that time (I was actually upstairs taking a dump) so she asked my wife over (who knew I was taking a sh!t). After knowing that its a scam my mom just put the phone down without hearing what they wanted lol. So its rather interesting that Im living dangerously vicariously through a pseudo me :p. But jokes aside, this tactic is quite common with school children, so parents beware. There have been many cases the parents received a call saying that their kid has been abducted from school and they demand a ransom. The first thing the parents should do is to call the school and ask them to check if their kid is still in the class. Its a rather common scam. So dont be alarm or panic when received such a call. At least not at first. Just FYI :)
