Waking up at 3am everyday for business is no joke! After experiencing cooking a large quantity of different nasi lemak ingredients by my own with the monitor of my mom i truely envy those food stall owners where stalls are open early in the morning to serve hungry morning zombies like us! They are the real early riser.....and bare in mind most of these owners/cookers are not young...SALUTE!! Goes to my mom and sis too it takes extraordinary human being to be very dedicated and committed to do this.
