Waking up to things like this and knowing we made an impact (we all have our doubts sometimes :) really makes my job worthwhile: We recently hired Amy to sell our occupied condo in Dallas, TX. She faced the task of dealing with tenants that made selling the property a real challenge since they were less than tidy and rude. She overcame these challenges by finding a creative way to photograph and present the property which drew a lot of interest. We were most impressed with her aggressive pursuit of buyers by promoting our property through other creative channels such as FB, which generated further interest. She faced additional challenges when the tenants finally moved and left behind needed repairs. She came to the rescue with a repair company that satisfied the buyers demands. It is worth noting that we previously hired two other realtors that were unsuccessful so we were impressed with her creativity, tenacity and patience in overcoming the challenges she faced to secure a strong buyer in record time. Without hesitation we highly recommend Amy to sell any property, especially those that may have some challenges. Her professionalism and knowledge sets her apart from all the others.
