Walk In What God Has Spoken! September 19th, 2013 It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Has God been speaking to you lately? Has He been waking you up in the middle of the night? Have you tried to lay in bed with hopes of falling back to sleep? Are you missing what the Lord is trying to show you? So often in our lives, we attempt to place God in a small, tight box. We try to dictate when God can and should move in our lives. We keep the box closed until we want something from Him. Have you been there? Are you there now? When you are around your friends, you try to ignore your relationship with the Lord. You avoid praying over your food because the others do not. You avoid public praise and worship for fear of rejection. You compromise your walk to please your family and friend’s talk. Today, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. If the above represents your behavior, today I encourage you to repent before the Lord. He deserves better than this. No person, place or thing should ever cause you to delay walking into your destiny. No relationship is worth losing your covenant with the Lord. My friend, Walk In What God Has Spoken! The destiny, mission and plan God has designed for your life will not come to pass until you walk in the fullness of God’s presence. You must have a desire to fulfill the plan of God for your life. The Bible declares in Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. The way God sees you goes beyond what any other person will ever see. He has a purpose for your life. In spite of the lies the enemy has spoken, or the negative comments you have experienced, or the traps you have avoided, God has a purpose for your life. Walk In What God Has Spoken! My brother, my sister, what has God been speaking to you lately? What has He told you to do? Are you being obedient or are you attempting to ignore His voice? Beloved, the promises of God shall come to pass. The Bible declares in Numbers 23:19 - God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? Walk In What God Has Spoken! Dear friend, nothing will change until you step out in faith (Hebrews 11:6). There are new relationships waiting to be formed, a successful business or ministry to be launched, a breakthrough to be experienced - but nothing will happen until you move (James 4:8). The moment you quit holding back, God will move to meet you, doors will open, the right people will show up and the resources will be provided (Psalms 118:8). But you’ve got to take the first step! Walk In What God Has Spoken! Prayer for Today: Father, I acknowledge you to be God in my life. Without you, I am nothing. Today I commit myself to walk in what you have spoken for me to do.
