Walked 90 minutes in the Robinwood/Woodbridge/Kings Crest neighborhoods in Hagerstown, MD, this evening and before the walk tried half a scoop of the chocolate flavored Six Star Pro Nutrition (Muscle Tech) brand Whey ISOLATE Plus Elite Series in 6 oz. of water = 15 grams protein, less than 0.5 grams fat, 65 calories, 2.5 grams cholesterol, and less than a gram of sugar. Then when I returned I used another half scoop of the protein powder in 12 ounces of water for another 15 grams of protein and followed it with a Yoplait Greek nonfat tropical flavored yogurt of 10 grams protein, 100 calories, and 9 grams sugar (low for yogurts), to which I added walnuts and about 10 baby carrots. Took my Andrew Lessman Essential One multivitamin with it.
