Walked into a coffee shop. Was having a delightful conversation w the girl at the register, Lyndal. I walked over to the coffee machine section where the barista Ange was making coffees and conversing with Lyndal. Ange: you dont f*ing like vanilla, youve never f*ing tried it, how the f**** can you like a chai latte?! Lyndal looked at me smiling, clearly immune to her friends choice of language. I said to her youll have to try and see otherwise youll never know I looked at Ange and said Please brew love into my coffee, makes a big difference to the flavour Ange with a smile on her face said Ill f*ing spit in it if I want Bahahaha. Couldnt stop smiling 😂 So I said If its going to enhance the flavour then... At the end of the day everything can be taken from a man except one thing, the last of the human freedoms to choose ones attitude to a given set of circumstances. Everyone who may be causing stress, struggle, challenges and testing your patience in your life may be an angel of sorts... Carrying the lesson you most need to learn... Thanks Ange my angel, thank you for testing my patience, making me smile & reminding me that life and my interpretation of my experiences is merely a translation of my perception. Which I control. 😊☕️❤️ Own your attitude & own your emotions. Youre who creates them. And I must add, the coffee was divine. ☕️❤️
