Ernesto is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law and holds an LL.M. in International Law from George Washington University Law School and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business. In addition to many years of practicing law and trying cases, Ernesto has worked as an international risk management professional, a mergers & acquisitions investment banker focusing on technology deals, and a director of analytics for gaming conglomerate Caesars Entertainment. Barry is also a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law and holds an LL.M. in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from George Washington University Law School. After four years of practicing law with some of the best Trial Firms in Washington, DC, including Regan, Zambri, & Long and Jack H. Olender and Associates, Barry moved back to Birmingham in 2002 and has collected millions of dollars for his clients in addition to receiving a landmark decision from the Alabama Supreme Court, Hill vs. Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation, which helped clarify unsettled areas of the law in the context of expert testimony and the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil. The merger of these two firms will bring together a measure of legal experience matched by few in the industry. The ultimate goal of this merger is to provide individuals, closely held businesses and select corporations world class representation with exacting and personal attention to their respective needs.
